Each UEFA Coaching course level has different entry requirements, course lengths, and costs depending on each federation. Start with whichever level matches where you are in your coaching journey.
The entry point at UEFA level, no playing background required. For volunteers, teachers, parents and anyone already coaching who wants it recognized.
The step into competitive coaching. Requires a valid C plus coaching experience – six months by UEFA’s rules, twelve in England. For youth and senior amateur coaches taking it seriously.
Where coaching becomes a profession. Requires a valid B plus a year in 11-a-side after graduating. Selection is competitive and depends on the role you currently hold.
The top of the pathway and a job requirement – mandatory for Premier League first team managers and for head coach roles in Germany’s top three divisions. Places are extremely limited.

Beyond the core pathway, UEFA endorses specialist qualifications in youth development, goalkeeping, futsal and – since the 2025 Convention revision – fitness coaching. Most branch off the core pathway rather than sitting above it, and most require a core license first.
This niche has a credibility problem. There are websites claiming UEFA accreditation they do not hold, advertising job placement rates they cannot evidence, and offering fully online UEFA licenses that do not exist. We would rather tell you what we can prove.
Requirements come from UEFA’s published criteria and from national associations’ own published material, linked so you can check us.
Course fees change. We publish what we have verified, say when we checked it, and tell you when we could not confirm something rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
UEFA has not updated its public licence summary since the 2025 Convention revision, and neither The FA nor the DFB publishes its UEFA Pro fee openly. We say so on the relevant pages instead of guessing.
We will not tell you a licence will get you a job, because we have no way of knowing that and neither does anyone else selling you one.
You can retake the exam within 12 months at no additional cost. Our pass rate is 94% on the first attempt.
Yes. Full board (3 meals/day) in a 3-star hotel, double room. Single rooms available for a small supplement.
Yes. Pay a deposit to reserve your spot, then the balance 30 days before the course starts. We also offer 3-month payment plans.
Yes, UEFA requires a valid C License plus 6 months of coaching experience before you can enroll in a B License course.
